Abstract
The No. 2 Continuous Galvanizing Line was constructed to produces hot dip galvanized steel sheets mainly for the outer panels of automobiles . Major technologies to realize high quality products were a vertical continuous annealing furnace using the direct-flame reduction burners, two changeable zinc pots, gas and inductive combined galvannealing fu rnace and so on. The CGL started satisfactory operation in January 199 2.
