Abstract
External noise fields cause spatially coherent noise in the biomagneti c data measured by a multichannel magnetometer. This paper proposes a method of incorporating this spatial coherence into current-density re construction. This method can reconstruct current distributions from b iomagnetic measurements affected by external noise fields. Computer si mulations demonstrate its effectiveness.
