Abstract
Data relating to the discovery and identification of the Asian tiger m osquito, Aedes albopictus, in Coahuila State, Mexico, are presented. I nfestations are reported for Piedras Negras and Ciudad Acuna. Samples from a third community were negative for Ae. albopictus.
