Abstract
Decay Times (tau) of the emission of oxygen bound excitons in ZnTe:O w ere measured from 5 to 300 K. The temperature dependence of tau is det ermined by the laser excitation energy: for resonant excitation into t he oxygen vibrational band, a new and different behaviour appears with respect to the band to band excitation. Interactions which are respon sible for the temperature dependence of tau at different excitation en ergies are discussed.
