Abstract
The recombination constant (W0) and the Bohr radii of Na interstitial donors (a(D)) and substitutional Na acceptors (a(A)) in Na doped ZnSe have been determined from the time decay of the close donor-acceptor p airs. The results are W0 = 6 x 10(8) s-1, a(D) = 37 angstrom, and a(A) = 5.6 angstrom. The measured Bohr radii are in excellent agreement wi th the values derived from scaled effective mass theory.
