Abstract
The combination of defect induced one phonon absorption and absorption vibronic sideband spectroscopy can be used to investigate the spectra l, temporal and spatial dynamics of nonequilibrium phonon populations. The implementation of these techniques is described and the details o f two experiments using these techniques are provided.
