Abstract
Photocurrent action spectra of Fe-doped PLZT ceramics showed that iron defects enhanced the visible light photoconductivity of PLZT. Long th ermal diffusion times increased the dark conductivity. Photocurrent ac tion spectra were used to separate the photocurrent, photovoltaic, dar k current, and space charge contributions to the total photocurrent.
