Abstract
This work deals with the production and characterization of supercondu cting Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films realized by using the pulsed laser depo sition technique. Scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spec troscopy, and X-ray diffraction have been utilized to characterize the thin films. The presence of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 2223 phase is reported.
