Abstract
Selecting the most suitable evaporating technology is essential to avo id pitfalls such as the heat degradation and fouling problems commonly associated with high-boiling, viscous and heat-sensitive streams. Agi tated thin-film evaporators offer a viable alternative to situations n ot handled well by forced circulation-, rising film- and falling film- evaporators.
