Abstract
The paper gives basic information about the system of national account s embedded in a social accounting matrix (SAM). General scheme of inte gration of SNA into SAM framework is presented. Simple SAM's were cons tructed for Slovak economy for 1989 and 1990. The basis on constructio n of these SAM's were national accounts of Slovak economy estimated fr om MPS data.
