Abstract
Thyrotoxic hypokalemic periodic paralysis is infrequent in white popul ations and its physiopathology is not well known. We report two white male patients (aged 25 and 29 years old) in whom hyperinsulinemia was documented during an episode of hypokalemic paralysis.
