Abstract
In a 9-year-old boy with intermittent flank pain and microhematuria, u reteral obstruction due to multiple fibroepithelial polyps was diagnos ed by means of radiologic studies and surgical exploration. The benign nature of the lesions and the need for conservative surgery is stress ed.
