Abstract
Two worldviews, the Endeavoring Self and the Harmonizing Self, were st udied with Chinese international students. The Mainland Chinese and Ta iwanese scored significantly higher on the Endeavoring Self than those from Hong Kong. When the worldview scores of individuals were analyze d, considerable variations were noted. Implications for university per sonnel are discussed.
