Abstract
The case of a 22 years old male with massive faecal impaction and anor ectal mechanical stenosis caused by multiples bone fractures and pelvi c deformities secondary to imperfect osteogenesis is reported. The pat ient was treated with subtotal colectomy and permanent colostomy.
