Abstract
Analytical relations are proposed which describe the current sources a nd equivalent circuits of transistors to take into account the physica l processes in standard models of field-effect transistors (MOS or wit h a controlling junction), used in software packages for computer anal ysis (for example, MAP-2 and SPICE2G.5).
