Abstract
Two patients born to mothers who abused cocaine during pregnancy were found to have various braid malformations, some of which were not prev iously reported. Children who were exposed to cocaine or polysubstance s prenatally and who present with a neurologic deficit require neuroim aging studies to detect abnormalities.
