Abstract
A 2-day old girl with status epilepticus, unresponsive to maximum phar macological intervention, is reported. Findings of brain and cardiac l esions pointed to the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis. One of the brai n lesions was unusually large, occupying most of the right temporo-par ietal lobe.
