Abstract
This case study conducted at Kent State University examines the role o f the adult baccalaureate student as an important component in enrollm ent planning and management. The results indicated this nontraditional segment of the students enrolled was growing faster than the traditio nal student population, had higher grade point averages, were exceptio nally well organized and motivated, and viewed education as a confirma tion of their self worth.
