Abstract
Malignant external otitis is classically associated with insulin-depen dent diabetes mellitus probably due to generalized systemic immunodefi ciency (Mowet and Baum, 1971). A unique case of malignant external oti tis associated with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia is presented.
