Abstract
The device is described and results are presented of a study of cryoge nic bolometers with isolated target in which Ge1-xCux films are used a s the heat sensing elements. The thermometric properties and noise cha racteristics of thin-film heat sensors are estimated and compared with those of single-crystal sensors. A weak magnetic sensitivity of thin- film heat sensors is observed.
