EXOMPHALOS MAJOR, ESOPHAGEAL ATRESIA AND TRACHEOESOPHAGEAL FISTULA - A RARE COMBINATION OF MAJOR MALFORMATIONS

Exomphalos major, oesophageal atresia and tracheooesophageal fistula a re rare but well described birth defects. Both may be associated with other anomalies but rarely have been described as occurring together. We present a neonate born both premature and with these anomalies who presented major management difficulties.
