Abstract
Creative Research Associates in collaboration with the Tucson Police D epartment conducted a survey of residents to gain a better understandi ng of the diverse community the department serves. A total of 496 resi dents reported that police should focus on robberies, juvenile crime, burglaries, narcotics activity, auto theft, and property destruction. The information was used in community policing efforts.
