A. Amiraslani et al., P-31 NMR OF A HAIRPIN STRUCTURE WITHIN A 19-MER DNA, Journal of the Chemical Society, Chemical Communications, (12), 1994, pp. 1439-1440
The P-31 resonances corresponding to the eighteen phosphate groups of
a 19-mer DNA hairpin structure, belonging to a major cleavable site fo
r topoisomerase II were unequivocally assigned and unusual P-31 chemic
al shifts corresponding to those phosphate groups located in the loop
were noted.
