Abstract
The infinite-layer CuO2 structure of the SrxCayCuO2 and SrxNd1-xCuO2 s ystems are predicted to result in a simple 2D Fermi surface and a sing le hybridized Cu d-O p band. Unlike more complex high-T(c) superconduc tors, the Hall mobilities in these systems should be unaffected by mul tiband scattering, allowing a more direct interpretation of the data. Here, we report the absence of the T-2 mobility commonly observed in o ther cuprates, suggesting that the T-2 dependence may originate from i nterband e--e- scattering. Finally, an anomalous T-3 mobility presents new challenges to our understanding.
