Abstract
The combination of a microcolumn liquid chromatograph with a gas chrom atograph is described. The new interface is based on the principle of pneumatic regulation of the effluent flow from the microcolumn chromat ograph. In the course of operation, the analyte does not contact the m etal components of the apparatus.
