Abstract
We report the treatment of a bleeding renal artery pseudoaneurysm by t ranscatheter embolization. The patient, a 30 years old woman, develope d macroscopic hematuria following renal biopsy. The presence of a leak ing pseudo. aneurysm of the lower pole segmental artery was confirmed by left selective renal angiogram; subsequently successful transcathet er embolization was performed using a 5.0 french Cobra catheter and 3 mm steel coils.
