Abstract
Two cases of unusual forms of peripheral arterial embolization are pre sented. one had a septic embolization with necrosis of the popliteal a rtery due to subacute bacterial endocarditis and the other had a malig nant embolization of the abdominal aorta bifurcation due to lung tumor . Both underwent successful surgical treatment.
