Abstract
The adsorption phenomena observed during the discharge-ionization of C d(II) in aqueous solutions containing polyethylenimine have been studi ed by cyclovoltammetry, voltammetry with linear sweep of potential, an d square wave voltammetry. The adsorption of polyethylenimine on a sta tionary mercury dropping electrode has been found to proceed slowly an d be accompanied by structural changes in the adsorption layer.
