Abstract
In this paper, I derive some first passage probability distributions f or some continuous time Markov chains. By using these results, I then derive some exact HIV incubation distributions under treatment by anti -viral drugs such as AZT under some general conditions. It is shown th at under some special conditions, these distributions are mixtures of generalized Gamma distributions.
