Abstract
The effect of annealing in air on the resistivity, the Hall carrier co ncentration, and the Hall carrier mobility has been studied in texture d polycrystalline lead sulfide films with an n-type conductivity. A tw o-layer p-n structure forms in the initial stage of the interaction, a s the result of a diffusion of oxygen along the boundaries of crystall ites.
