Abstract
It is pointed out that accurate information about shapes of dilepton s pectra in central, intermediate and peripheral S-W ion collisions at h igh energy may provide a convincing evidence of the formation of matte r with high density, In principle, it is also possible to obtain infor mation about the nature of this matter but the evidence is less convin cing.
