Abstract
An infrared (IR) fiberoptic temperature sensor was used to monitor of non-uniform heating of biological samples. The developed system allows the monitoring of temperature with an accuracy of +/-0.5-degrees-C an d can be very useful for medical, industrial and domestic applications .
