Pk. Kahol et al., CHARGE-TRANSPORT AND ELECTRON LOCALIZATION IN ALKYL RING-SUBSTITUTED POLYANILINES, Solid state communications, 91(1), 1994, pp. 21-24
Electrical transport, magnetic susceptibility, and electron spin reson
ance studies are reported in polyaniline, poly(o-toluidine), poly(m-to
luidine), poly(o-ethylaniline), poly(m-ethylaniline), and poly(o-propy
laniline). It is argued that protonation with HCl leads to the formati
on of both polarons and magnetic bipolarons in these systems.
