Abstract
We report a convenient method for synthesis of functionnalized acylsil anes (beta-hydroxy, alpha,beta-unsaturated and beta-oxo-acylsilanes) f rom epoxides and 2-lithio-2-trimethylsilyl-1,3-dithiane. This method w as adapted to 5,6-anhydro-D-glucose derivative to prepare various gluc ose derived acylsilanes.
