Abstract
Isolated right ventricular hypoplasia is a rare congenital cardiac ano maly. A case described in which prenatal diagnosis was made by echocar diography. Conservative perinatal management produced a favourable sho rt-term outcome without compromising the definitive surgical intervent ion later. The decisions were based on principles used in the treatmen t of pulmonary atresia with intact interventricular septum.
