Abstract
In this work it is pointed out the influence of nanocrystalline struct ure on magnetic losses. Annealed samples, with and without SiO2 coatin g, show mainly hysteretic losses. Eddy current losses are more importa nt in the as cast state than in the other cases. These measurements su ggest that the occurrence of nanocrystalline structure modifies the wa ll kinetics and so the contribution of eddy current losses in comparis on with the amorphous state.
