Abstract
The photoinduced changes of the magnetization vector orientation under the optical linearly polarized irradiation (lambda = 0.53 mum and lam bda = 1.06 mum) were observed in ferromagnetic films (YCa)3(FeCoGe)5O1 2. The effect is a result of the occurence of the photoinduced anisotr opy. The phenomenologic description based only on general symmetry con sideration is suggested.
