Abstract
Here is proposed the general method of the effective domain wall mass calculation for an arbitrary model of ferromagnet using the analysis o f some simple functional extremum. The results which illustrate the me thod were obtained for the uniaxial ferromagnet placed in magnetic fie ld perpendicular to an easy axis. The comparison with previously used calculation procedures is also provided.
