We report on the magnetization of the heavy-fermion superconductor UNi
2Al3 measured at 1.5 and 4.2 K in magnetic fields up to 35 T. The resu
lts indicate in-plane type of magnetocrystalline anisotropy. At both t
emperatures, almost linear magnetization curves up to the highest fiel
d applied are found. In 35 T, we obtained magnetization values of 0.32
mu(B)/f.u. at 1.5 K and 0.30 mu(B)/f.u. at 4.2 K.
