P. Camilleri et al., CHIRAL RECOGNITION OF STRUCTURALLY RELATED AMINOALKYLPHOSPHONIC ACID-DERIVATIVES ON AN ACETYLATED BETA-CYCLODEXTRIN-BONDED PHASE, Chromatographia, 38(11-12), 1994, pp. 771-775
An acetylated beta-cyclodextrin column was used to analyse the enantio
meric resolution of a number of aminophosphonic acids. Effects of the
structure of these compounds on the extent of separation was examined.
Molecular modelling studies were also carried out in an attempt to re
late any interaction between the amino and phosphonic acid groups to c
hiral recognition by the stationary phase.
