Abstract
A series of measurements of nuclear stimulated desorption was performe d for Ru-103, using thin ruthenium films irradiated by thermal neutron s. The magnitude, time dependence and electric charge state of the out going Rh-103m flux was investigated. The utilization of monoenergetic electrons accompanying the Rh-103m decay for thin film thickness measu rement is considered.
