Abstract
The values observed in this series of experiments showed that CD 8+ sp leen T cells obtained from 15-mg/kg carbamazepine (CBZ)-treated donor mice were capable of diminishing both humoral and cellular immune resp onses of normal spleen cells when transferred into lethally irradiated recipient animals, Immune responses were evaluated by enumeration of direct and indirect plaque-forming spleen cells (PFC) and by the delay ed-type hypersensitivity reaction (DTH) to sheep red blood cells.
