Abstract
A simple method for deriving the energy level shifts in the QED of mul ticharged ions is considered. Calculation formulas for the reducible p art of the two-photon-exchange diagrams in both the Feynman and the Co ulomb gauges are derived for arbitrary states of two-electron multicha rged ions. The final expressions for this contribution have a form tha t is convenient enough for numerical calculations.
