Abstract
A monodisperse aerosol generator (MAGE), has been used to generate cal ibration aerosols containing stearic acid and Rhodamine B500. The aero sols were used to assess particle deposition characteristics in the An dersen Mark II Ambient Sampler operating at varying flow rates. Partic le size data showed that the aerosols were monodisperse and can theref ore be used in the calibration of inertial impactors.
