Abstract
Conductometric measurements of tetrabutylammonium perchlorate in propy lene carbonate-acetonitrile and propylene carbonate-toluene mixtures a t 25 degrees C are reported. Limiting molar conductances, association constants and distance of closest approach of ions are calculated. The experimental data were analyzed by means of the Lee-Wheaten equation. The Gillrerson's solvent-solute interaction energy term was calculate d from a plot of association constant logarithm vs. reciprocal dielect ric constant.
