Abstract
The photovoltaic activity of electrodeposited CuInSe2 thin films in an aqueous acidic solution has been determined by photoelectrochemical m easurements. We used the model of Gartner to extract values of effecti ve optoelectronic parameters of the CuInSe2 films. These values sugges t the presence of a high density of bulk or surface defects in the ele ctrodeposited layers.
