Abstract
The Mitsunobu reaction of N-Boc-L-Tyrosine methyl eater with hydroxyme thyl polystyrene resin proceeds in practically quantitative yield in t he presence of a tertiary amine. Coupling yields in the absence of an amine are significantly lower.
