Abstract
With the realignment of skilled labor, the continuing advance of techn ology and new industrial constraints, training is and will become a po tent force during the 1990s. Dynamic, direct-connect training simulato rs provide invaluable hands-on experience and their application can pl ay a pivotal role in the profitability of a new plant or process, and the overall effectiveness of a training program. This paper outlines s ix steps to selecting a training simulator and ensuring a successful p roject.
