Abstract
A case of endometrial adenocarcinoma discovered incidentally in a pati ent who underwent an elective abortion is described here. Eleven other cases of pregnancy occurring with endometrial carcinoma were found in the literature. The presence of immature progesterone unresponsive en dometrium is discussed as a possible etiology of the unusual coinciden ce of these two common phenomena. (C) 1994 Academic Press, Inc.
