Abstract
Different configurations of very fast preamplifiers based on BJTs and capable to operate as active cable line terminators are considered in this paper. The design of such preamplifiers allows one to put the fro nt-end out of radiation ''hot'' areas and solves the problem of radiat ion resistant electronics. Noise performance, dynamic range and depend ences of gain and input impedance on frequency are computed using the PSPICE 5.0 program.
